These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products, digital content, and beekeeping experiences provided by Bee Immersed. By booking an experience or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Services

Bee Immersed provides:

  • Raw honey and related goods

  • Digital educational content

  • Beekeeping experiences and events

All descriptions, images, and availability are provided in good faith but may vary due to natural and seasonal conditions.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders and bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

  • Products are unavailable

  • Pricing errors occur

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.

4. Beekeeping Experience Participation

By attending an experience you acknowledge:

  • You are entering a natural working environment

  • Bees may sting

  • Protective clothing reduces but does not eliminate risk

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Wear provided protective equipment properly

  • Inform us of any severe allergies before attending

Medical Responsibility

You must not attend if you have a known severe allergy to bee stings unless you carry appropriate medical treatment and accept personal responsibility.

Bee Immersed accepts no liability for adverse reactions where allergies were not disclosed prior to attendance.

5. Weather and Safety Cancellations

Experiences may be rescheduled due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Bee welfare concerns

  • Environmental hazards

In these cases, customers will be offered:

  • A transfer to another date OR

  • A full refund

6. Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule an experience with at least 72 hours notice for a full refund or transfer.

Cancellations made within 72 hours are non‑refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Failure to attend without notice is treated as a completed booking.

7. Honey and Physical Products

Raw honey is a natural food product and may vary in colour, flavour, and texture.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened consumable goods unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and we will replace or refund it.

8. Digital Products

Digital guides and downloads are non‑returnable once accessed or downloaded, unless faulty or not as described.

9. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services. Bee Immersed is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bee Immersed shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss caused by misuse of products

  • Failure to follow safety instructions during experiences

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and educational material remain the property of Bee Immersed and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.
