We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering.

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days of purchase.

During busy periods or harvesting seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using a reputable postal or courier service (e.g. Royal Mail or equivalent tracked service).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option or flat rate pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damage (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

We cannot be responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Additional postage costs may apply for re‑delivery.

7. Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

8. Natural Products Notice

Raw Honey is a natural product and may crystallise during storage or transit. This does not affect quality or safety and is not considered a fault.
