1. Beekeeping Experiences

Customer cancellations

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the booked date: Full refund or transfer to another available date

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours: Non‑refundable, but may be rescheduled at our discretion

  • Failure to attend: Non‑refundable

Weather and safety cancellations (by Bee Immersed)

Experiences may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions, bee welfare, or environmental safety concerns.

In these cases customers will be offered:

  • Transfer to a new date, or

  • Full refund

2. Honey and Physical Products

Due to food safety regulations, consumable goods cannot be returned once opened.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is received

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where possible.

We may request the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads and guides are non‑refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where:

  • The file is faulty

  • The content is not as described

If you experience technical issues accessing a purchase, contact us and we will provide assistance or a replacement file.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider but typically takes 5–10 working days.
